  • This place is the biggest rip off in the Smokies. The cars barely sputter and cough and barely run. When I complained the supervisor (Travis) simply walked away without even an apology. These people a...  more »
  • These karts are good for anyone wanting to have a good time. They are not that fast and easy for most people and kids. My wife said they were fast enough so take that for what its worth.  more »

  • IT'S NOT SAFE. I experienced severe back and neck pain when a child was allowed to run at full speed (16-20 mph) into the back of my car while I was stopped and parked inside the terminal. I had my 5 yr old son in the kart with me. His back was also hurt but he seemed to recover being so young. I've been in a car accident before going at faster speeds than those karts and it didn't hurt this bad. I tried to get insurance info from the parents of the boy's guardians and they refused and we're very confrontational. Someone went and got a manager from the go kart place to tell me that the sign says "ride at your own risk." They have several more signs that say "no bumping" which are also posted on the back on each car, but I guess that doesn't matter. My injuries were blown off by staff and the guardians of the boy who did the ramming left. The manager, who looked barely in his 20s, then gave us a refund for the remaining rides that we could not ride because of my injuries. I guess no one but me will be paying for my medical bills for my injured back and neck. I don't recommend this place or any of the others because you are not protected of you're injured. No one will help you. No one will do the right thing and take responsibility to pay for your medical bills if it was their fault. The track itself was fun when there was no one ramming you from all sides. This is my second time coming to Tennessee for vacation but I don't think we'll be coming back after how poorly this situation was handled. Rider are not protected or have any rights to be taken care of if an injury occurs on any of the rides. It truely is "at your own risk." I just didn't realize it until it actually happened to me. Other states have laws protecting a ride against injuries. Tennessee apparently does not have such laws.
  • They don't enforce any safety here!!! The have posted rules but people are never called or spoken to when they are broken. People get injured here and they hide behind a liability disclaimer. This is not a place to take your family as there will be risks and the State of Tennessee is in process of crafting legislation to deal with places like this!!!
  • My family is only been here once period I have a child that has a disability and they were so accommodating for him and helped him get into the car with his dad. I would highly recommend going to raceway. Pricing was reasonable and I personally had a great time
  • The staff was friendly and my kids had a great time. The price was affordable also... Even for four.
  • Safety First!! We purchased three go kart passes for each person in our party but ended using only 2. The first time two boys kept bumping and purposely trying to bump and run into people, I advised the staff and they seemed to blow it off. We waited for the next round, and the staff allowed the boys to join again. The boys continued to purposely run into myself causing me to skid out twice, and my daughter once. They hit other people too. At the end I said something again to the guys on the track and they shrugged it off. Thinking they were going to talk to the boys as we lined up for the third time, the boys were back in line planning who they were going to hit this time to make them spin out. I said something a third time and watched to see this time of something was said, nothing was and they allowed the boys to race again. We left. The track is awesome, but the fact that they knowingly allowed kids to plan and purposely try to hurt others should not have been tolerated.
