  • If you go to Phoenix Art Museum, don't forget to stop by the cafe to dine. It is a great experience. I have been to the museum several times and they always have some new and interesting exhibit there to inspire, provoke, and entertain. A great place to go for all ages.
  • Super interesting place. It's huge and finned with great pieces. I probably wouldn't suggest for very small children but probably older than 6 could find it interesting. I enjoyed it and would go back again.
  • This is a very good art museum. There is a very wide array of pieces (from more classical periods to modern), and you could certainly spend an entire day here viewing the exhibits. This museum also does a good job of rotating exhibits. I highly recommend visiting the "You Who are Getting Obliterated in the Dancing Swarm of Fireflies" by Yayoi Kusama. That exhibit alone is worth the price of admission.
  • The PAM has become one of the institutions in the city that put Phoenix on the map for some other reason than the fact that it's warm here in the winter. The architecture is beautiful, they usually have some special collection or presentation, and it's located right in the renewed downtown area. By the way, it's one of the best first date spots in the state!
  • One of my favorite places on Earth! Incredible architecture, extensive collection of art in several distinct galleries. DO NOT miss the Contemporary Gallery or Western American Gallery. Always hosts show- stopping exhibitions such as the White Shirt earlier this year. Strives to get the community involved and educated about art in fun ways; offers free admission days often and "give back" programs such as Mindful Sessions and Family Days.
