  • Shop the outlet mall at Phoenix's "last outpost" heading north on I-17 towards Sidona, and Flagstaff. Anthem is a wonderful planned community and the Outlets are a worthwhile stop as you enter or leav...  more »

  • Outlet stores they have better pricing sometimes they have what you want if you know what store you want it from if they don't have it they can get it for you quickly and the food court is amazing the mall is amazing it's all outside which in Arizona doesn't seem like a good idea but really they keep you cool with shade and mistress they have a huge play area for the kids and doing Christmas they have a ridiculously huge Christmas tree that you can see from the highway as you're driving by the bathrooms are second to none the beautiful bathrooms just the fact that I'm mentioning the bathrooms means that they are beautiful I've never seen a men's restroom that I went wow that's a cool bathroom that's a beautiful bathroom well it is beautiful my wife says that the women's restroom has a separate room in it for breastfeeding mothers so you don't have to feel like people are watching you I guess which is wrong but that's different subject but it's still awesome that they have that there for the ladies who are breastfeeding and I love going to this mall if you're visiting Arizona driving through Arizona thinking about coming to Arizona you should try and go here even if it's just for shopping in your favorite outlet store
  • Large, outdoor mall with specialty stores, under the illusion that pricing will be less than retail. Just like any other shopping experience, suggested retail pricing is slashed out, and their "discounted" price is displayed, usually 50%, with a sign above the rack stating "Take another 10%-40% off lowest priced tag" that will bring it down to where you would see it at your local mall. Check the "Clearance" racks first. Usually in the back of the store. This is where the deepest discounts are at. My favorite stores are The North Face and Columbia. I can usually find good deals there.
  • When it comes to "outlet" shopping, I'm definitely not much of fan. Years ago, shopping outlets was a sure way to get lower-than-retail prices on clothing and goods. Unfortunately, lower prices are not usually the case in today's outlet shopping experience. Plus, the merchandise in an "outlet" is often not the same goods offered in the "mall" counterpart. So, the quality for dollar spent is questionable. However, if you enjoy visiting a wide variety of retail shopping at one location, Outlets at Anthem is a nice, well-maintained retail shopping center located in a relatively safe community. The Food Court offers a pleasant variety of food choices. In fact, it is one of the nicest food courts I have experienced in an outlet shopping center. Although all shops have air conditioning, walking outdoors between shops can be extremely challenging during the brutal summers months in Phoenix. All-in-all, if you haven't become an Amazon convert, and still enjoy the physical aspect of shopping -- Outlets at Anthem is a fun experience.
  • They got rid of a couple of nice stores, it isn't too lively anymore. Yogurberry is a great place to go to, however and the Nike Outlet always has good deals. The restrooms they have are the nicest public restrooms you'll ever see
  • This would be a fantastic outlet mall with more vendors - seems like every second or third store is empty. The stores that are open do have good sales on (don't fall for gimmicky Sale signs - they're always on sale!) with a decent selection of apparel from some major brands like Tommy, Polo, Under Armor, and Columbia.
