  • We were in town visiting family and brought our kids (7, 4.5 and 20 months) to Enchanted Island for a few hours. It is full of carnival-type rides targeted at younger kids. Like at a carnival, the rid...  read more »
  • Enchanted Island is nice place for several types of functions. It has the lids amusement park which is great for the little ones. The smaller you are the more you can do there. The rides were pretty a...  read more »
  • It is a fun experience with a POGO pass, otherwise a bit expensive for the quality of the rides. I only gave it 3 stars because of the cost without a promotion. Fun for kids under 10 but nice area for...  read more »
  • We went this past Saturday to visit the splash pad. The water was barely a drizzle and the kids were disappointed, the worker had to keep propping up the pail to capture some of the drops which took a long time to fill up. Then our 10 year old could only enjoy a few rides because of the height requirement, so while her slightly shorter cousins got to ride everything she had to sit around - this after paying the full fee. They should measure at the entrance and we would not have bought a ticket and wasted $10. The food was expensive and bad...will never visit again.
  • Cute for kids 2 to 6. My oldest could ride 3 rides my toddlers could ride 7, the splash pad is cute, my kids miss the bumper boats though. Its better just to get the all day wrist bands. 10$ for unlimited everything. Like I said cute for the little kids. Earlier in the day the better, try to beat the crowds, and the heat :)
  • My grandaughter came to visit from Tx and we decided to take her here and well bad idea rides need to get updated workers have no kid expiernce or personality to work with kids you need more rides for toddlers if your going to charge 10$ for them and they can only get on 2 rides
  • Horrible customer service at the ticket booth. Went May 19th for the special to celebrate my daughters first birthday. I arrived at the gate with $15 in hand for myself, husband and mother. She asked how old the baby was and I told her today was her birthday and she turned 1. Her only words were "so she gets to pay $5 to get in too!" You're kidding me... right? If i came yesterday she would have been free? Who charges for babies? They have no recollection of what they're participating in, much less that kind of rude response for a baby on her birthday. We took our money elsewhere and I will never step foot near your greedy gates again. Even Disney land is free until the age of 3. Money grubbing and rude. Volunteers clearly don't care about proper customer service. Disgusting. We gave our money to a frozen yogurt shop. But nice try in trying to pilfer an extra $5 from a babies first birthday. Should be ashamed.
  • Drove from Mesa to Encanto park in Phoenix to enjoy time with my 3 year old niece. The majority of the rides were closed, all rides are outdated, and the splashpad is very small and only 3 spouts for water were working at the time [considering its $5 to enter, its a joke] We bought $15 for tickets to ride the train, when the train came back in, they closed it and the driver explained he was going to lunch for an hour. When i asked for a refund they refused.
