Oh this is such a nice surprise in downtown Phoenix!!!! Lots of walking paths trees, and WATER! No thats not a mirage when you see it on the map !! There is a huge community room which can be rented through Parks and Recreation. It has wood floors high ceilings and a fantastic view of the water! There are several foot bridges over the waterways which makes one feel as though you are not in the desert anymore! If you have kids , there is an amusement park. Very well planned out! You feel set back from the city yet you can still see the high rises in the distance.
Nice big park. Has amusememt park and man made lake/canal things with lots of ducks and geese. Boat rentals are available. There is a couple playgrounds as well as a pool and sports center. A historic family favorite.
Large relatively clean park, great for family and also decent for fishing
I officiated a wedding here for my step sister..the bride was beautiful, the groom a handsome and lucky man, and the park was an amazing backdrop.
