  • I am going to post both as an ex-employee and customer. Customer: The best time and days to go would be on Saturday since either almost all are open or some--including golf, go karts, and the motor boats. Arcade is open everyday. The rides are not open on the weekday so I would not recommend to go. Check the website to see if they have closed it for a private event, but it will never tell you what rides are open/not working. The food is overpriced for how much they give you and I would recommend to eat at Metro mall before/after heading to the park. The bracelet allows you to ride all the rides and admission is free. So parents, you do not need a bracelet just to walk around or take your kid. Ex-employee: Birthday Hostess, cashier At first I was having fun working here since the party room was for kids and it's all about the kid. Sometimes I got tipped because the customer knew we are the same as waitresses since we do handle the food and beverages. The party room is small, tacky, with dirty carpet, and it really needs an upgrade. If you want more food, you have to wait while its made and to make the transaction upstairs. Almost all the employees are teens working the part time job, but it is not worth it. The hours are inconsistent. Some days I would work 1 hour and others I worked 12+. In all honestly, the employees try to please the customer so please treat them kindly, unless they are not being friendly/cooperative. Overall the park is old and really needs to be renovated. The arcade has some pretty good variety of games. The bathrooms are always clean. The food is overpriced. Bracelets a tad overpriced. Somewhat friendly staff. It's a 50/50 shot.
  • I would give zero stars if I could. I'm not from phoenix but was there with my family on vacation. We went to castles n coasters on 3-27-18. The day started out ok even though there is no way to get to the rides without going up a big flight of stairs and down another. That is not too easy with a big stroller. My son and I decided we were going on the desert storm. It's not a huge roller coaster but it's the biggest one they have. We pulled down our lap bars and the coaster started making it's way up the hill. As soon as the coaster got to the top and was about to go down and through a loop, I heard a click and my lap bar felt loose. I grabbed it and it UNLOCKED! I panicked and pulled it back down and luckily it locked. I checked my son's real fast and it was locked. I was so scared it was going to unlock again during the ride. When the ride ended, I let the teenage operator know what had happened. She didn't even say a word to me and kept the ride going! I found a "supervisor" and let her know what happened. I got no apology just that she would send a mechanic to look at it. What the hell?? All this time the ride is still operating. I finally went to customer service and found a manager who apologized and refunded my money and said the mechanic would look at it. We were there about another hour so my son could ride the go karts and they never once stopped the ride. Please don't risk your family's lives on these rides. Obviously safety is not important here.
  • I've been wanting to go here for a very long time and it seems that no one ever wants to go with me. But I have this opportunity to actually go went it was fantastic the rides are great some of them are super scary which they don't look that scary at all from the road. The miniature golf was great too and the little soft served ice cream they have is delicious I went back for another cone. Arcade on the inside as fantastic as well I'll be back
  • I'm from Chicago and my girlfriends and I brought our 6 kids here today (ages 5-10) and they ALL had a blast!!!!! Seriously... great rides, no lines or waiting, the kids could keep riding over and over, friendly people operating the rides (and very patient with my kids), arcade was awesome, the rides are all close together so barely any walking, zero stress with losing sight of my kids. We will most certainly be back!!!!! So sad we missed the zip lining, mini golf and a few other fun features. Well done, Arizona!!!
  • Good family times! There isn't a tremendous amount of ride options. However, for the size of the park and the convenience it is plenty. If you aren't sure you will ride all (many of) the rides, check the lines/rides prior to purchasing Package. Paying per ride if often smarter unless you also plan to golf. Lines are a guarantee daily; the go-carts typically just shy of an hour wait • always the longest. Food and Beverage is $$ & limited. So, eat prior & bring your 22oz or smaller h2o. Bronze Pass is usually ~$30, Silver~$38, Gold more. Although, now offering Season Pass @ $49!
