  • Arizona Center is currently undergoing a major renovation that reflects the population growth and the demographics of the surrounding neighborhood. At present, the whole shopping and restaurant area is basically a construction site, but the businesses are open. At times, it's a little tricky finding "The Route", to which signs instruct you to detour as you walk through, but they have finally made The Route a bit more obvious than it previously was. Hopefully the finished product is worthy of five stars.
  • The place is undergoing a remodeling at this time. You have to walk through the ongoing construction inside the courtyard. There are a good deal of eateries that are open during the construction. You just have to walk around a roped off path aptly named the"route" to access the restaurant's.
  • Arizona Center is under construction right now. Most of the places still left are open but the walkway changes daily as construction progresses. There is a lot of noise there because of the building so if you are noise sensitive it would be best to avoid. I hope that when all is done they have more businesses open because it was pretty dead before.
  • They are revamping a portion of this place. I'm grateful the AMC is still open. So is the Subway and a few restaurants. Here's what I got. The yellow drink Mango Margarita and the blue is a Blue Moon Margarita
  • Being remodeled. There are few stores still open: Starbucks, Hooters, a sports memorabilia shop and a couple of other restaurants. The construction guys said the project should be completed late winter/early spring 2018. Meanwhile, most of the center is dusty and empty. The parking lot is still open and some places validate. Wheelchair navigation is difficult. Bathrooms are available in open businesses.
