  • Spruce Street Harbor Park - runs along the Delaware River, the part of the city is called - Society Hill... Says it all! Yeah, baby, that's the spot! Come and feel it!
  • This park is very nice a cozy. Food trucks from really good restaurants line the boardwalk and there is a playground for kids and places to sit and relax. I'd definitely go back and make sure I'm hung...  read more »
  • If your in Philly during the season when there are events going on there, worth a trip. Good place for a dink nice scenery.
  • I was here at night, when there were food vendors. The views and the atmosphere are great. There are a variety of seating options, ranging from the wall, to lawn chairs, to hammocks. The trees are decorated with color-changing lights setting a somewhat romantic atmosphere. The food and the drinks were all good and reasonably priced.
  • It's a beautiful view and nice surroundings. The amenities of the park are well kept and fun. The food and drink is a bit on the pricey side due to the fact that it's a four block walk to anyplace outside the park that serves food... but make a stop at the Wawa on Head House Square before heading over the footbridge and you'll be good to go.
  • This place is great for friends and for a date. You can drink all over the park and the beer selection is pretty decent. They have food selections from sweet to savory, but expect to pay for it as they are all "food truck" style and served as such. For example, for mere ice cream some of the selections are $15 which is outrageous. Beer is reasonable for Philly and craft brews at about $6 a cup. The only issue I have is that not all places serve the same beer. Example you might need to board to barge to get a beer you want that's not served elsewhere, which means you may have to wait for people to leave so they aren't overweight.
  • This park is A phenomenal location to spend the afternoon by yourself inn a hammock or meeting up with friends. Items easy to access from south street and right by Penn's Lansing. Supportive Harbor boats a fine representation of local food and beer at fairly reasonable prices. I'd suggest to go mid to late afternoon.
  • What an amazing place. Brought the baby and some out of town friends. Played with big Legos and big connect four. Walked the pier and watch some boats. It was a windy day so we skipped the boat rides and paddle boats. Spent a good 4 hours there. Food was amazing, a little highly priced. But it was such a great time.
