  • Love the way the stores are set up, from 5 below to a movie theater! Burlington, Sears, models all inside s warm walk on a cold day or move and cool in the summer. Security is good and two full for courts for lunch or dinner
  • Wow! What a Beautiful and clean mall. Shopped for gifts for Christmas and found some really great deals. There are so many stores that you will definitely find something to buy. Will definitely go back soon.
  • Sam Ash is the main reason for my visits but they have many other great stores and choices for food, not just a food court but the perimeter of the mall is lined with a host of eating establishments. Great location too. Accessible from rt 63, rt 95 and very close to rt 1. This will always be Franklin Mills to me though.
  • Large mall, many stores, although not as good as before. An out of town/country corporation bought place. Spent money repaying parking lots :GOOD. Also spent huge bucks redesigning & building all the entrances. They were large overhangs/protected all from bad weather while waiting for cars. AL SO we're color coded. Mall is 1 mile walking inside, end to end. People knew where to shop, meet others by color of entrance. NOW THE IDIOTS took overhang protection away. You can BARELY see colors on Wall. And they're not same. To pay for this, rents increased & lots good stores left. IDIOTS did not care about demographics. This WAS NOT & WILL NOT be "high end" mall.
  • The place is clean because this Latina lady is on point. I was surprise she kept the bathroom clean and go clean it everytime a customer come out of it. Which is a plus. But i was highly disappointed of how they treat her right in front of us customers they were talking real loud and unprofessional to her because they wanted to send her home since labor was low. And the guy had no inner voice or professional manners. And they were cussing each other too while the manager was there too. You cant teach streets people how yo be professional. I know its McDonald and there's no professionalism about it but at least make an effort to respect your co- workers and customers. That's why they get 2 stars i could've given them 5 stars but lack of respect bring it down to 2 stars. But the food was prepared and served at a timely manner which is a plus. Cleanliness and food is good but those streets employees bring the place to a very low standard.
