  • Small Mall with brand stores such as victories secret and free wifi. It is little crowded if you do not like the places very full of people.

  • It is a awesome place to shop! It has all the stores that you would think of wanting to shop in all in one mall! And the prices are good! Definitely a place that should be stopped at!  more »

  • I took my daughter here last minute. She needed a dress for a school dance. We found the perfect little black dress at The Windsor Outlet, it was inexpensive, so that's a plus! We also stopped by Victoria's Secret for their annual sale. The customer service-ladies who worked in both stores were super friendly and helpful. The Mall was clean and the food court was just okay. I would definitely shop here again and would recommend friends and family to as well. The only negative thing I do have to say about this mall is that it can get a bit chaotic during the holidays, and would suggest coming early in the morning (especially during winter break).
  • You can find some great deals here due to the minimal amount of people who go here. So easier to find your size on the clearance sections. Not a fan of having to walk from one end to the other then back again to get back to the car.
  • It's your basic mall. They're trying to update everything. At least they're putting effort into it. The Foot Action is the best place for sneakers if that's what you're headed here for.
  • Great mall with many entertainment places too. Clothing stores mid range but great sales always plus best Walmart in the area. Dave & Busters and movie theater work late.
  • Since Franklin Mills was bought out, the mall has been expanding and new, name brand stores have been opening up. More are to come. They're even opening up Cinnabon! F*** Auntie Anne's now. The interior has changed also. More upscale and comfy resting areas. They have a mini lounge area for the Starbucks customers. Movie theater is so so.

Where to stay in Philadelphia

Most of Philadelphia's hotels cluster around the compact city center, ensuring quick and easy access to major tourist sights and activities. The only drawback to staying in this area is the lack of free parking, so if you're exploring by car, considering booking into a bed and breakfast in one of the city's residential blocks. Visitors planning on longer stays can also consider several apartment hotels, offering spacious furnished units with complimentary Wi-Fi, free bike rentals, and access to rooftop terraces.
