  • We visited Philadelphia and as part of our "adventure" decided to only use public transportation... enters SEPTA. Airport line ran close to our hotel... Suburban Station was our stop. Here's the thing...  read more »
  • Walk they the inside coordinator and smelled like urine, disgusting!!! Should try using some kind of odor block spray inside!!
  • Out to the Philadelphia suburbs and the Airport Express train. Trains to come on time. I think Home Bulletin Board display is easy-to-understand, so easy to use even for the first time.

  • This station is horrible. Septa employees smoke right outside by the doors - despite city ordinance of not smoking within 20 feet of a building entrance. There are a lot of bums who hang out here and people asking for money. Loud music from people wanting money. Overall not a pleasant place.
  • Conveniently located train station right in the center of Philadelphia. It has connections to a bunch of types of mass transit, and underground walkways to several buildings. The main ticket window, though occasionally busy, is at least pretty helpful and relatively efficient.
  • Septa customer service helped me plan my trip to Philly. Conductor on regional line was great. Bus route so easy. Definitely recommend. Left out of Marcus Hook which has the BEST ticket person ever. Helpful, friendly. Check out those senior fares - awesome.
  • This is the supposed to be the main entrance into the city and it's filthy with homeless people literally pissing all over the stairwells and hallways. It's a disgrace.
  • Great location - a bit old and dirty but hey, it's a train station
