  • We visited Philadelphia and as part of our "adventure" decided to only use public transportation... enters SEPTA. Airport line ran close to our hotel... Suburban Station was our stop. Here's the thing...  more »
  • Walk they the inside coordinator and smelled like urine, disgusting!!! Should try using some kind of odor block spray inside!!
  • Out to the Philadelphia suburbs and the Airport Express train. Trains to come on time. I think Home Bulletin Board display is easy-to-understand, so easy to use even for the first time.

  • Regional rails are a good way to travel around. Nice and clean.
  • This station is horrible. Septa employees smoke right outside by the doors - despite city ordinance of not smoking within 20 feet of a building entrance. There are a lot of bums who hang out here and people asking for money. Loud music from people wanting money. Overall not a pleasant place.
  • This is the supposed to be the main entrance into the city and it's filthy with homeless people literally pissing all over the stairwells and hallways. It's a disgrace.
  • Conveniently located train station right in the center of Philadelphia. It has connections to a bunch of types of mass transit, and underground walkways to several buildings. The main ticket window, though occasionally busy, is at least pretty helpful and relatively efficient.
  • Great location - a bit old and dirty but hey, it's a train station
