  • I thought The Dill was a pretty dope place to hang out at for a little while. It's a fun and sexy park.  more »
  • Whoever designed the new version of Dilworth Park did a terrific job (although I know it as Dilworth Plaza). The landscaping and seating areas were well planned and its use for seasonal activities is ...  more »

  • Great job, Philadelphia! I'm not scared anymore to walk across Dilworth Plaza to get to the other side of Market Street. Many wonderful seasonal events are scheduled throughout the year. During the hot summer months live jazz music performance and during the winter holidays, ice skating rink and, garden maze is setup to keep visitors busy. In addition, beer garden tent is also setup to warm the hearts of Philadelphians and visitors. A permanent cafe is available year-round to serve hot and cold refreshments and light snacks. TIPS: Many cafe style tables are available, so bring a lunch from your favorite restaurant and enjoy the outdoors. And, this is one of the best locations in Philadelphia to watch people.
  • One of the nicer parks in city with a unique water element for people to run through (or take the paths). They also have a maintained grass space to hang out on and plenty of seating. Perfect for the summer.
  • The water works by summer turned ice rink by winter are matched well with the cafe/restaurants along the western edge of city hall. It makes for a wonderful afternoon excursion, lunch date, family outing or tourist stop. The city schedules a variety of events to embellish the onsite attractions. There is no admission charge however some special events may have specified entry requirements. The reopening of Love Park across the street has this coming Spring season brimming with excitement! The photo opps will be astounding!
  • I love Dilworth! I go there very often. I love it mostly in the summer, it's always nice to see the grass in such a big city. The winter time is great too! Ice skating rink, vendors and more!.... In the summer be careful of birds, they poop alot.
  • Great place all year long. The water fountains in the summer. Random block parties and the ice skating rink in the winter. It’s a great place.
