  • I thought The Dill was a pretty dope place to hang out at for a little while. It's a fun and sexy park.  more »
  • Whoever designed the new version of Dilworth Park did a terrific job (although I know it as Dilworth Plaza). The landscaping and seating areas were well planned and its use for seasonal activities is ...  more »

  • Great job, Philadelphia! I'm not scared anymore to walk across Dilworth Plaza to get to the other side of Market Street. Many wonderful seasonal events are scheduled throughout the year. During the hot summer months live jazz music performance and during the winter holidays, ice skating rink and, garden maze is setup to keep visitors busy. In addition, beer garden tent is also setup to warm the hearts of Philadelphians. A permanent cafe is available year-round to serve hot and cold refreshments and light snacks. TIPS: Many cafe style tables are available, so bring a lunch from your favorite restaurant and enjoy the outdoors. And, this is one of the best locations in Philadelphia to watch people.
  • They have a Christmas village up in Love Park every year and also right in front of City Hall —they have stands set up for local vendors to sell their items from jewelry to candles. You also have your random people who try to make a couple bucks by playing music instruments or dressing up as a silly Santa for tips. There is a small carousel on the other side of City Hall where your child can get on the carousel. It’s small but it’s cute. Also a skating rink there for you as well —you can bring your own skates or rent them.
  • It is such a fun place during the holidays. There's actually something for everyone. I love how the ice skating rink comes and they have different skate nights. My kids love in January they have zombie skating and I'm February they have a sweetheart skating night it's really cute.
  • I visited for the winter -Christmas things. Kids loved the light show, we loved the shopping. There is a small garden with many spots for pictures. It was crowded, but lovely. Only down side was that there should be portable toilets, or more available in city hall.
  • It's was amazing. It does not mater if it's cold you can get worm with the outside fire pits they have in various places. The shops have everything for everybody. Take lots of pics, is really pretty at night with all the lights. Go, go, go! 😉
