Austin's Park Reviews
I went to Austin's Park to meet up with friends I hadn't seen since 2001. This place is a lot of fun. We didn't have the buffet, but we did eat in the bar area. I had the tenderloin sliders, and they ... more »
We paid about $35 per person for the Eat, Bowl & Play unlimited deal and it is not a deal at all! The arcade games come at a separate price which is misleading only certain things are unlimited such a... more »

Didn't show up in time for the pizza buffet. But the kids had a blast. I'll admit that I also had a blast playing games inside, and trying to beat the high scores on a few. Well worth it in my opinion. Next time, I'll have to come when the buffet is going. Read a lot of negative reviews. Tried it anyways. The staff all seemed friendly. The ones I asked questions. Saw staff helping people take group photos etc. Yes, it is a younger crowd. But what do expect when you visit a fun themed place for families? At least they are working, and having fun doing so. Just saying.
It's a great place to take kids, but it's not cheap, the arcade games are $1.50 - $2.00 per play so the package that comes with a $10 play card won't go very far. The buffet was pretty good with quite a few options. It was clean, including the bathrooms. It is well maintained. If the arcade games weren't so expensive I would have rated 5 stars. Another good thing is you don't have to get a package to play the arcade games, which is good for parents who just follow the kids around.
Great place for family fun. Between laser tag, go karts, water bumper boats, putt putt golf, bowling, a rock climbing wall, billiards, and video games there is something for everyone. Not enough you say? I failed to mention the pizza buffet with all you care to eat and fountain drinks. Still not enough? How about helicopter rides? That's available (at an extra cost) as well. Austin's Park n Pizza isn't cheap to get into, but there is so much to do. Highly enjoyable and highly recommended.
It was really fun actually!!!!! There was an arcade and a rock wall. There were go karts and two mini golf courses. There was a pizza buffet and a photo booth. Also laser tag. There were a bunch of packages that you could purchase. So you can have like unlimited food and then unlimited games. Or you could just pay for games or you just pay for a few individual games.
Our daughter and her family were here for a visit so we thought we would all go. The remodel is nice, but the service sucks. I bought the big pass at $40 each, well all you can eat Buffet was a lie, in tiny letters at the bottom it says when buffet not in service $10 off menu per person, great not a lot to choose from under $10. We got one game of bowling, 6 of us, we got half way done and was cut off. We had to complain to continue our game. There was ONE person working in the bar, restaurant and food and drink service for the bowling. So needless to say service was slow but that poor guy was running his tail off. We had $10 cards for games that the girl did not load the money on, by this point I was passed just upset I have spent $300 on passed and the extra on food. After the girl was acting like we we're lying about the cards, we just got a manger and she did give us a little extra. The outside stuff was fun. What started out as a fun day with grandkids that we only see twice a year turned into a hassle to get what I paid for. Maybe hiring nothing but young kids is not a good idea. Don't think we will be back
