  • Great place to spend the day. Go Karts, mini golf, arcade games, laser tag, and now they have bowling.
  • There's nothing special about this place. It could be a great attraction, but most everything is average, at best. Good place to take kids every once in a while, though beware of the costs. Best price...  read more »
  • If you go early you can ride/play everthing before it gets really crowed. Pizza is alot better than it used to be thumbs up for that. The bowling is awesome. My teenagers had a blast. The 5 yr old did...  read more »
  • The pizza was really good, and they keep the buffet stocked. The salad, and baked potato's were awesome. They have alot of toppers. They even offer endless hotdogs now. The only problem I had was trying to upgrade our package after being there 10 minutes. My Mom and I only purchased the buffet because we were told we could still play mini golf. We were told wrong, and upgrading would've cost full price of admission. Instead of 10 bucks to upgrade to unlimited everything, It would've been $54. I think their packages confuse the employees, as much as they confuse the customers. They have kids working here, and other kids that manage those kids, so don't ask for a manager... The kid who claimed to be manager said the price he was charging us was the difference. Full admission is not the difference of what we already paid. I don't know if this is really their policy, or ignorance on behalf of the management, but something doesn't sound right.
  • Bowling is incredibly expensive and not include, nor are the games included. The mini golf ball dispenser was broken. The go carts were slow and mine wouldn't turn. We just had a bad day here it wasn't that fun. I'm sure little kids might like it but the lines were long it was pricey and the employees were clueless. I'd much rather go to ZDTs instead.
  • I really dislike the buffet set up. The dirty dining rooms and the teenagers running the go carts is just plain scary. I saw parents mad because line rules weren't followed and yelling at the teens running it. I saw the teens being teens and not taking a job serious that needs to be taken serious. They close the buffet down at 7pm on a Saturday. You can't get good or any service at the packed tiny bar.
  • Great place! Certainly WAY cheaper than Main Event. 24-$30 for unlimited food, drinks, and the more "bigger" attractions (go karts, rock climbing, laser tag). I would've rated this place 5 stars if it weren't for the old food. I would recommend grabbing the food that was just made.
  • On 7.6.2016 - My children and nanny went to Austin Parks and Pizza. She was attempting to check in. There were two groups ahead of her. She waited patiently until it was her time to check in. The check in clerk skipped her and assisted at least five (5) others ahead of her and so the Clerk asked her to continue to be patient although she (Cassandra) was next in line and had been! Eventually, she had to ask to speak with the Manager On Duty who displayed similar resolve until she had to check him. The Manager said, "Everyone is always trying to make it into something racial." He stated this even though he could not explain why his employee was allowing individuals to check-in ahead of her. Racial was a term that he applied to the situation- NOT HER! Customer service was poor to say the least and there was carryover of the same wanton disregard for my children throughout the short visit. Again, as my children were waiting in line, they were being skipped and allowing others to be skip over them as they waited in line for the rides. As she observed this, again, she called for the Manager, but this time, she requested a Full-Refund and left the venue after being there less than 30 minutes. I think that in light of the fact that it was $90.00 to get in, the customer service experience left much to be desired. I am awaiting my credit card refund and will NEVER grace them with our presence. A New Management Team and employees with public relations skills are in order! Lesson they could learn: #FirstComeFirstServe #Don'tServeIncompleteParties #OrganizeTheChaos
