  • Great wine and beer tasting room just a minute off of 131, well worth stopping in to check it out. The owners are so welcoming and knowledgeable along with their son. They have a great selection of wi...  read more »
  • Visited this winery as a part of the Bay View wine trail and were disappointed to say the least. The lack of knowledge and customer service was very apparent. After a 10 minute wait, we asked a staff ...  read more »
  • Very large and nice winery. Prices were high for our liking but we loved the port wine. Very good. The drier red were excellent also. Had to try the strawberry rhubarb wine bit we were not impressed.
  • What a wonderful experience we had here! The wines were amazing, but so was the food, every dish was unbelievable! Great personalized service too. We came to do a wine tasting and look forward to a return visit! What a great family!!
  • Very friendly staff! I love light wines and fruit wines, and they have a great selection. The strawberry rhubarb is my favorite. Great cider selections as well!
  • Stopped here on our way to Petoskey. Was super excited to check it out only to walk in and sit behind the bar and wait forever for the bartender to finish her story with some other guests. This happened and she never acknowledged we were there and struck up another conversation. We sat there for a few more minutes hoping she would notice us (we were two seats beside the other patrons). She never did. Mind you there were only about 6 people in here so they were not overly busy. We did get up and walk out and several waitresses and waiters never even noticed. We were there to taste test and buy a case of wine for our summer cottage.
  • Horrible experience. Although the wine was ok (even good if I am being honest) the service was the worst I have ever experienced at a winery. They had a big wedding happening outside and were pretty busy in the tasting room. There were three people working behind the bar, one was mostly with a large party at one end. A second was helping several different guests at the other end. The third (and the one that started helping us) severed us the first two of our 5 tastings, then her family (I am guessing sister, husband, and two children) arrived. This lady then totally ignored us and just focused on her family. The kids got coloring books, pretzels, the adults had wine and beer tastings. She kept telling them they could get whatever they wanted and get her 50% off discount. She never helped another guest for the rest of our time there We waited over 20 minutes until the second lady finally noticed our glasses had been empty for a while and gave us our remaining tastings. We wanted to purchase a bottle of your port however no one ever came back to see us so after another 15 minutes we put our $10 on the counter and walked out. Very disappointing, paying customers should be as important as your family when you are working.
  • Lovely family owned winery. They made us feel very welcome, the wines were delicious! Looking forward to my next trip and bringing home more of the blackberry wine.
