  • It was a fun time for all of our thrill seeking guests. Since it was fall, there was no competition for the rides and the kids enjoyed 3 hours of limitless fun!
  • Had about 10 kids for my daughter's 7th birthday party, you get the big theme park feel for a fraction of the price and wait time in lines. Perfect for that age.
  • I have been to quite a few birthday parties at the establishment and always had a good time. Summer or winter, no problems. Friendly and fun staff and lots of entertainment for the kids rain or shine.

  • We had my daughter's 3rd birthday at Sam's Fun City recently. We selected the Bullwinkle party package which includes some time on the bouncers, food, and an hour on the amusement rides outside. Everyone had such a great time! The bouncers were not crowded and were age appropriate for out group. The pizza was pretty good and all of the other food we ordered for the adults was delicious. Outside, the kids rode the train, Ferris wheel, carousel, taxi jet, and the frog hopper quite a few times! There were plenty of age appropriate rides for our group of 2-6 year olds. One ride that we wanted to ride was unavailable to us but they were just putting a fresh coat of paint on it. As parties go, I was very pleased. Out hostess was very attentive and let our birthday girl call the shots. Extremely cost effective for the amount of fun we had, especially when you consider that the kids had access to the bouncers for the rest of the day!
  • An arcade game fell on My nephew last night and they gave his mom a note saying this is a "play at your own risk" facility! EXCUSE me!!, but that sign is for games that kids play on and in. NOT for arcade games that you play at. He is bruised up from head to toe. And, you give my sister a note says, sorry and offer him a drink?! Really?!?
  • Water park was nice, yes there were leaves in the lazy river, but it's outside and shaded by the trees. The amusement park was understaffed, but for the price was a good value since my kids were mostly interested in the go-carts which was staffed appropriately. Most rides are geared towards kids 13 and younger except the go-carts. The put put golf portion needs much attention as hole 10 eats the golf balls. The food buffet was worth the price and much cheaper than alacart if you have older kids.
  • I went to Sam's surf city just this past Saturday. The water park itself was awesome! The slides, the lazy river and they have a pretty cool kids area, both kiddie areas. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't as impressive. Half of the lifeguards were decently nice but it was mostly the concession stand staff. Every time you talk to them or try to be friendly to them, there's not really a reaction. They just kinda stare back at you. With a blank face. My 6 & 7 year old even complained more than once during the day, the staff were a little rude. Unfriendly. It's saying something when children notice. For a place where the customers are mostly children, most of the staff aren't really upbeat.
  • Yeah it looks really great in the pictures but we are next door at ihop and Fun City does not look like the pictures by far....im sure of is still fun for kids but they need to update their pictures a d re-advertise
