  • Thank you men and women of our military keeping us safe. Your contribution can not be thanked enough. God bless you and your families who love and support you. Also, the museum is fantastic. Not only is it Naval history, it is American history. You have to spend an entire day there to really get the most out of it. The walking tour is a must as those guys are living history themselves. We spent time at the lighthouse. Great! And the base has a lot to offer to the military families who love there like boating, fishing, kayaking, beach, etc. Also, RV campsite, RV and boat storage. Even has a mini movie theatre.
  • First off...IT'S FREE!! You can easily spend 3 or 4 hours here. Great indoor activity if it's raining. They have a restaurant inside so you can grab a bite to eat. Plenty of hands on experience for the little ones. Also there are some additional experiences (at low cost) such as flight simulators. And there is a little kid play area as well. You will not be disappointed! :)
  • Recently visited my son! I was able to ride around the base and was impressed at how beautiful and well kept the base was. The Museum is a day trip in itself and extremely interesting! We also visited Fort Barrancas, Fort Pickens and the Lighthouse. I recommend staying at the Navy Lodge close to base! It was extraordinary! I'm glad my son is able to spend the time required of him through his Academic training/school here! A great place to visit! #proudusnavymom
  • Amazing quantity and variety of aircraft and other Military equipment. The layout is thoughtful and beautiful. The condition of the displays is impeccable! Great job by everyone from the military to the volunteers!!!! Oh, and eat at the restaurant.
  • One of the best aviation museums I've ever seen - and I've been to a few. You'll find here a few very valuable pieces, plus the historical Blue Angels planes. Everything well described and easy to navigate through. An ideal break if you've had enough of the heat on the beach.
