  • I played Spyglass hill for the first time and the high expectations were met. The first holes played next to the Pacific Ocean with the short holes 3 (pair 3) straight out towards the water as the highlight. Hole five onwards is a fantastic experience of hole in ' private ' in the Woods on the hillside. Good variety of holes, hilly with little difficult undulerade Greens. Notably, there is a ' half Wayne house ' but no real restaurant. We went down to the Spanish Bay instead

  • Played Spyglass as a warm-up to Pebble. My caddy said that while Pebble is a must, if he had to play one every day, it would be Spyglass. I mention this because it does say how nice Spyglass is...thou...  more »
  • I read that this was one of the top ten hardest course in the country. It is but is also more fair than one would expect. A must before you play Pebbe to appreciate. Well manicured.

  • Second group out and played in 3:50 with 2 men and 2 women. My favorite other than Cypress, and yes, way better than Pebble. Get a caddy, walk, and enjoy the course. Awesome course.
  • The front 9 is breathtaking and the back is very solid as well. The price is pretty crazy, but what can you do?
  • D'ont golf no problem just the views are worth going to this place. You can also drive the 17 mile drive to see this beautiful place
  • This course is not only beautiful but challenging as well. The course was in perfect condition. Spyglass Hill should be on every golfers "bucket list". I found this course to be in better shape than Pebble Beach. Some courses can be over priced but Spyglass is worth every penny. I'll definitely play this course again.
  • Terrible!!! They punched the greens the day before our tee time. No notice given whatsoever... I had a major client fly in for the round and he bailed after the ninth hole.... it was like putting on a dirt road.... when I called to complain they wouldn't even refund my clients round... what a JOKE!!!!!! Thanks Spy Turd!! Save the $2 Grand and play your local muni....
