  • We did the tour of 25 minutes that frankly is very little, you just take a walk around the main hall of the cave. The guides knew much about the place and are to be congratulated but next time I plan to do the tour of 45 minutes.

  • We went on 12/19, nice set up, good restaurant, nice gift shop. We did the 45 minuet tour with Dino. He was an awesome guide! Dino was very informative, great humor, and you could tell he likes his jo...  more »
  • Amazing out program. The tour from 45 minutes highly recommended, the caves are full of surprises. Ask for Dino as guide, engaging and sympathetic. :) Unfortunately we didn't eat for lack of time, the location is fantastic!

  • Great Burger's. The dining Staff where great. We went to the R.V lot off season. They didn't tell us the bathrooms where closed and the water was off. The History was worth it
  • Amazing place people and the tours are awesome ... Missy helped us and I felt like I was at home! Thank you guys for an amazing time and memories that will last a lifetime! Make the time to come here and if you see Missy tell her we said hi 🤘👍😀
  • A really cool place on a stop on old 66! It is an old building, and at first doesn't look like much. But once underground it is extremely impressive. We ate in the cavern, and that was an amazing experience. We were served by Jeremy (?), who was a great server and entertaining. The burgers were good, the menu was typical diner fare. But the view and atmosphere was totally worth the cost.
  • Went in not knowing anything about the caverns. The tickets for the tour were pricey- about $20 a person, though I'm glad I did it. The standard tour is about 45 minutes of fairly easy walking, with the only stairs being ones you take going down and not up. Several elder individuals in my group did the tour with little difficulty. There's even a suite and a dining area down in the caverns for those that want to sleep or eat in a very unusual setting! For those that don't, there's a roomy restaurant with good food and normal suites for those that want to stay. Also an RV park for those that need it.
  • The Grand Canyon Caverns are a must-see, whether you are touring historic Route 66 or you came to see the Grand Canyon and are looking for other exciting ways to pass the time in northern Arizona. This caverns system is one of the largest dry caverns in the world. Some of the high points: 1) The Grotto, a subterranean dining room over 200' below the surface. The food is very American, and delicious. The ambience is possibly the most unique dining experience I've had. You're hungry, so do it! 2) A hotel suite inside the caverns. 3) A theater and wedding chapel inside the caverns. 4) Ghost tours of the caverns. 5) A room classified by the US government as a fallout shelter for 2000 people. It's filled with old C Rations, new MREs and water, in preparation for any coming apocalypse. 6) A mummified bobcat. 7) A 15' 4" tall prehistoric ground sloth. 8) The above-listed highlights are certainly not all there is to see and do there, but it will occupy plenty of time and make for a great day trip.
