    This place is absolutely fabulous! I should have written a review earlier, because the people here are phenomenal. They really pump you up and bring out the best in everyone. Classes are fun and fully of positive energy. Thanks guys! You are simply the best.

    The instructor was excellent! Very welcoming, gave very detailed instruction, was encouraging and made being a "first timer" feel so much easier. Gym was super clean. Based on patron interactions, it's clear the owners/staff have cultivated a strong sense of community. Couldn't have been a better experience!
