  • We enjoy the resort, though we only use a few of the amenities. Mainly the beach, pool area and the hotel. This was our first stay in a 2 bedroom unit. The space and ocean view was good, but beside th...  more »

  • An excellent experience under very trying circumstances. My golf group arrived directly after Hurricane Matthew. The staff was incredibly professional in reacting the changes brought about by the storm. Definitely saved our vacations. Great facilities and shouldn't miss the all-you-can-eat prime rib at Websters in the hotel on Wednesday night.
  • Overall, a nice spot to spend some time at the beach. We booked a room at Seaside Inn, expecting a standard condo set up with a kitchen. Unfortunately, the website wasn't exactly clear and we only got a bedroom portion of a suite and the sounds of the family next door watching a movie. The staff was super helpful in finding us a different condo in a different building (for more money), but ultimately we were really happy with the one bedroom condo in the Bridgewater building. It's right on the beach and has a great pool/lazy river complex. This place might be a little overpriced for its age, but it's a good deal to escape the Myrtle Beach vibe.
  • We have been here three times now. Every time we have stayed in a different building. All of them have been very nice. The beach here is incredible, especially compared to Myrtle Beach proper. It is much less crowded and much more laid back. There were more people the last time we were there (Late June 2016) so our secret place may be out now. We will definitely be back.
  • Licthfield is the perfect place for a family vacation. It has great food in the immediate vicinity and the resort is immaculately maintained. The resort staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. This is arguably the best kept secret in the Myrtle Beach area.
  • My family had a great stay! The rooms were clean with minor show of wear and tear. All the amenities of the room worked and provided the comforts of home.
