  • Worth stopping and supporting a family owned winery with good wine and quaint surroundings. Loved the stories and time our hostess shared with us.

  • Small tasting room always feels like you're in the wine makers living room- in a good way. They're as friendly as could be and have a great product. Pretty views as their tasting room is on top of a hill.
  • The great folks at Opolo winery introduced me to this gem of a winery. Family owned and Family passion for wines. Everything they make is stellar and AFFORDABLE for great wines. Bob Wine (their bottom tier table wine) is an amazing steal for the dollar and their higher end line (not much more than the Bob wine) is all spectacular. Been a member of their club for 7 years and during holidays and special events I order cases. Nicest people in a very inviting setting. Everyone I have shared this wine with loves it and many have joined their club. Probably the best kept secret in Paso Robles. Highly recommend a visit.. I promise you will walk out with a bottle or 12
  • Great wines and olive oils! Plus it's a small family - run business. They have friendly kitties too. :-)
  • Great views and very accommodating to families.
  • I first met the folks from this winery at the Paso Robles Rotary Club Winemaker's Cookoff. They were pouring some of the best wines there. Their staff was friendly and inviting. Later I had the chance to go visit the tasting room. Yes, they actually have a whalebone on the property, right near the tasting room. Be sure to check it out. I really enjoyed their cabernet sauvignon wines.
