  • My wife and I came here with grape line wine tours. We really liked the atmosphere and energy this place has. We had a great time. The wines are fantastic.
  • After reading a few reviews from other whining patrons, I had to chime in. Not every winery can be all things to all people. Sure, give it four stars and then complain about the tasting fee or the atmosphere. Was there anything you liked about it? Now that I've gotten that off my chest, this was my experience. When my wife and I walked in we were created by very friendly staff; knowledgeable and accommodating . The wines were excellent and we purchased 4 bottles. One of my favorites was the Barbera Sangiovese blend . After our purchase, we went outside and had pizza and a glass of wine on the patio. One of the managers came out and chatted with us briefly and ask about our experience which was nice. Out of the dozen or so wineries that we visited on our trip this was definitely one of the best. We'll be back!
  • We became members last year (2015). Enjoying the wines and the 30% discounts. The Grand Rouge is terrific, a nice light red that went over really well at Thanksgiving last year. The Petite Sirah is really good as well.
  • This was my last stop on a winery tour bus and it was ZinFest weekend so it was especially busy, but Opolo still handled our large group very well and quickly got us to a tasting area. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the wines and everything I tasted was very good. We also did the Distillery tasting and that was definitely a unique experience with the pear brandy and Walnut liqueur being like nothing else I have tried.
  • Our favorite stop in Paso Robles because of the laid back atmosphere of a working farm. The grapes cultivated here are used to make the wine. Plus here is an outdoor patio and an open air grill with an authentic brick oven for pizzas.
