  • What a pleasant surprise, and amazing pairing. We prefer red wines, however, the char-deny wines were exceptional, too. The staff was very knowledgeable and great fun, it was the best wine tasting exp...  more »

  • Small boutique winery, with an amazing selection and great ties to the local wine industry. John Munch, known as a Paso Robles wine legend, established Adelaida Cellars, and shortly after Le Cuvier Winery (1983). The wines are made in the French style, with native yeast and the least amount of alteration. Would definitely suggest a visit when tasting in the area!
  • Amazing food & wine pairing and boutique wines from the Adelaida AVA in Paso Robles. Really enjoyed the Petite Sirah and the Rhone Blends. They are mostly dry farmed and barrel aged for about 3 years. The view is quite breathtaking as well. Definitely a must stop on Adelaida Rd.
  • Le Cuvier is easily the best winery in Paso. Great wines with chef prepared pairings made this our best stop on our 3 day wine tour. Brent was an excellent and well informed host. We joined the wine club again after a couple of years of not being members. Entire staff was courteous and the view from the seating area outside was spectacular, especially when sipping one of their great reds! We came back 2X to enjoy Le Cuvier.
  • Make with unique kind of yeast to prevent sulfite build up. Tasting room fits up to 12 people so not great for large parties like ours. Awesome view after parking.
  • This is one of the best wine tasting experiences in Paso Robles. The wine, the pairings, the view and tasting room staff are all equally amazing.
