  • This place is a mess. The owner told us that the property hade been in his family since 1950, but everything is in terrible shape. I'm not sure why the County allows it to stay open. The water in the ...  more »
  • Oh gosh this place is literally in the middle of a junk yard on some random shady piece of someones land. If you are up for an adventure and don't mind possibly getting some random leach or fungus go ...  more »
  • We drove up and all we saw was a lot of old trailers and tents and ducks in the springs. It may be for some but not for us. The facilities were not clean enough for us, so we left.  more »

  • Price is great! This is my favorite hidden gem. For under $20 bring the whole family and stay all day and night. The site is a bit grungy but oh so chill. You can drink, you can eat, bring it all in, no problem. No one is stuck up or in your business. Just a very laid back, relaxing place.
  • Comfortable if you are prepared. Soothing springs. Smells like eggs. Yum
  • Franklin Hot Springs has all the amenities you could need for camping. Fun for all, if you're down to earth, hot springs, miniature lake for fishing. Come with a positive attitude and enjoy.
  • The is a must do place to come to relax and soak up all benefit the water has to offering.
  • Awesome, a bit funky, rustic, overall a very wonderful place. Don't expect fancy spa, this is just a place to relax and have fun!
