  • We stopped at Eberle Winery. A friendly woman greeted us just as we walked in. She offered a tour of the winery caves starting in a few minutes and gave us a cute boar patch. Our tour guide was Dave. ...  more »

  • The Best. We've been long time Eberle customers/members/fans. These folks do it all right. The wine is fantastic. The folks working there are wonderful and fun. The location is beautiful and convenient. The caves are a blast for tastings and dinner events. They take very good care of the military. Seriously can't sing enough praises about Eberle. We will be lifelong members. If you're just visiting Paso for a little bit, or are a routine visitor and have somehow not ended up here yet, lace up your shoes and head there now! We'll see ya there ;)
  • Awesome winery! Great wines with a free tasting. Stay for the cave tour and learn about the business and wine making process. These guys really care about their craft and are enthusiastic in sharing with their customers. Their cab is incredible.
  • Visiting Eberle is always a great experience. Not only are the wines great but the character of the place is great. While it may not look like much from the street, once you get up to the tasting room, your in for some interesting surprises. Theres a great sculpture at the entrance that you just have to go see and there is a covered patio overlooking the vines that makes a great place for lunch or a rest. The tasting room has a unique feature in that it looks down on their tank room and if your there during harvest, you'll see lots of wine making action. The other unique feature of Eberle is the caves. They have 16,000 feet of gunite tunnels under the winery to age their wines and doing the reserve tasting in the cellar is a cool (perfect for wine storage) experience. So while the tunnels themselves are a little plain, its fascinating to walk among the barrels or eat. Skip the concerts however as the acoustics are a bit rough.
  • Great spot to stop and taste wine. The cave tours are fun and the guide was very knowledgeable. The server we had was not awesome but ignoring him was easy when it came to tasting the wine. The wine is great!
  • Eberle is small but great to stop by. The folks here are friendly and will take their time to explain their wines. Complimentary tasting of 5 wines of your choice. Gary Eberle (owner) is down to earth. His BBQ is fantastic!
