  • I'm a little perplexed reading the negative reviews about Daou. As others have stated, it's a beautiful setting, expansive views, more expensive on the tasting prices.... most likely you knew this goi...  more »

  • No need to argue here, they have one of the best views in the vineyard. BUT it is so crowded so the staff has no more time to be helpful. Too busy, not enough space. Wine are all full body type and de...  more »

  • Amazing view. Great food and service however, you will pay for it. Major downside, too many children and dogs peeing on the lawn right in front of our table. đŸ˜›
  • Wine is second to none! 2014 Soul of a Lion is the best wine iv ever had. Excellent service and such a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Mr. Daniel and the Daou crew make you feel like family.
  • Unmatched views by any other vineyards. Great cheese plate and salads, dog friendly place. Can't get enough of my Daou Grenache and honey comb. It's my paradise in Paso Robles.
  • Absolutely worth the money. Gorgeous view. One of a kind. Definitely a must see in past Robles
  • Unmatched view of the Paso hills. However, average wine, made a little more painful by the price tag. Would recommend bringing a picnic lunch, do a tasting, pick the most acceptable bottle they've got, and enjoy the views. Then head on down the hill for much better vino, because there's a lot of it nearby. EDIT: My wife reminded me that they used to allow you to bring food to eat out in the patio, but last time we went they didn't let us. I had forgotten, somehow. Downgraded to 2 stars.
