  • Lovely winery with amazing views. The place is just gorgeous and the wine and food were amazing. Definitely recommend it.  more »
  • Thought it would be fun to take our out of town friends to share one of our favorite wineries. Unfortunately it was a Monday afternoon and it never occurred to me they might not have their "A" team st...  more »
  • Yes, it's a beautiful tasting room with a view to match, but for a fine wino that is all secondary to the quality of wines. The beautiful wines were equal to the room and view. I especially liked the ...  more »

  • Must go. This is our go-to spot for picnic lunch with wonderful views and delicious wine. Calcareous might lack the fanfare of Daou, but it bests Daou in wine quality and comfortable, familiar atmosphere. Do a tasting of above average to excellent wines, grab a bottle and enjoy the view. Great folks working there, too!
  • Fantastic wines, incredible views, and loved our cheese plate pairing with the syrah. Totally worth the drive there.
  • $10 tasting for 4 wines. I really enjoyed the Chardonnay 2013 and ended up purchasing it. Getting to this winery was a little tough as it's a little off path and the road is narrow. But very nice when we arrived. Will be back!
  • One of the best views in Paso Robles and the central coast in general. The wine was average with a couple very good wines but the atmosphere overshadowed the tasting with it's stunning view. The gift shop has lots of cool items and i did not get a chance to try the food but the menu looked really appetizing.
  • A must see and taste when in Paso! Love their wines (especially the Lloyd) and the food from Thomas Hill (on weekends) is delicious. Grab a table and enjoy the view. They are also very people and pet friendly!
