  • The best selection of classes for all skating levels and ages in LA. There are some very skilled and dedicated coaches. All personal is nice and friendly. Ice is soft and easy to skate on. Enjoy a very smooth glide right after resurfacing. However, ice is getting rough and badly cut within first our of public session. The rink is extremely crowded during and after winter holidays. Spring and summer public sessions are relatively light.
  • Fun time, okay for someone's first time. A lot of children,.but they do an okay job not crashing into you.
  • Glad a place like this exists but it does get crowded sometimes and the ice can definitely get choppy. Otherwise, it's a pretty nice place. Skates are decent and general accommodations are enough and the staff was quite friendly!
  • Parking in the residence area is only for 2 hours so you have to stay in the skating center for less than two hours. The hotel charge $10 with validation for parking. You pay $14 fee for skating entrance with a total of $24 is too much for a day fun. Crowded on weekend. I suggest lunch bunch (no kids public skate). The good thing is that the rink is better than pickwick ice but Pickwick ice has free parking. I wish there is one rink around downtown la so that i won't go to far neither pasadena nor burbank.
  • The workers over there are really rude , especially the cashier . They act like they hate their job and they hate the customer , I was a regular customer over there for six months I go there every week . However I can't stand this rudeness attitude of the cashier, I stopped going there ever since two weeks ago. It's pretty much runs by knowledge-less young stuff. Instead of caring customer collecting money and giving a good service to customer the stuff in the front will only care they are own conversation. The supervisor was being a "manager" to talk to my friend and trying to embarrassing him . They stop me to knock on the managers door which was right next to the cashier room . I really don't think they know what is service mean to them . Some of the workers are kind of being races ,
