  • This park is great for visiting with children. Had a good time and kids had a blast. Coming in the Fall is a bonus.  more »

  • Its a GREAT state park. A solid place to swim- and if you have an ATV- you're gonna love it I don't care who you are. :-) Office staff are knowledgeable about the parks system which is nice! Camping host is the friendliest. Would've been 5 stars but if you were here with children a warning that prisoners without an escort are the ones cleaning the bathroom and shower as you stumble sleepy eyed in the morning would be great. :-/
  • Amazing place to ride your atv. $5 a day for one of the best riding spots anywhere around, endless trails and sand flats, all kinds of different terrain. Campground and the entire park are very well maintained. Park staff is very friendly. Reasonable prices for everything. Can't beat it. Only problem I would say is the temperature of the showers, it comes close to burning you and is very uncomfortable especially in the summer time. I'd be worried about kids.
  • There is so much you can do here. Off road your trucks, atv, side by side, dirt bike. Go fishing and swimming. If you like to ride bikes they have a perimeter trail that is pretty long. Also some shorter ones.
  • Great place. Subaru Forester did very well. Camping is excellent except for a couple late night noisy guests and another guest that had spotlights pointed out all night...one at our tent. We will go again.
  • Great place to ride off road vehicles, miles and miles of trails. They have two beautiful campgrounds.
