  • Their website states that the tour is strenuous, but I don't agree at all. We also went to the Domes & Dripstones tour at Mammoth, which is listed as moderate, and it was much more work than this tour...  more »
  • We stumbled on the Diamond Caverns because we weren't able to get into the Mammoth Caves as all the tours were sold out. We were happy that we were able to get a tour of the Diamond Caverns without bo...  more »
  • We ended up here by accident after the tours at Mammoth Cave were sold out. What a gem! The formations were breathtaking. The tour lasted about an hour and did have a couple steep flights of stairs an...  more »
  • This place was great! I had a phenomenal tour. The history was incredible, and the formations didn't disappoint. After going on a 100+ person tour at Mammoth Cave, it was a good change of pace to have a smaller group here. I was a little wary about the price, but it was worth every penny! I definitely recommend it!
  • Glad we went here while waiting for our tour at Mammoth. Friendly staff and an amazing cave. I believe our tour guides name was Lindsey or Natalie (my bad), she was fun, upbeat, informative, and friendly. We will be back!
  • We are so happy that we stopped here at Diamond Caverns! My wife has never explored a cave before and she was amazed by the beauty of being underground in a cave system. Our guides were full of information and answered many questions from our small group. What a great smaller cave system! Definitely worth seeing and worth the price.
  • Very very nice cave. We drove all the way to the Mammoth Cave and when we got there they told us all their tours for the rest of the day were full. Ridiculous. So, we drove a bit more and got the Diamond Caverns. We really enjoyed the experience and it had a lot more interesting formations than the Mammoth Cave (I had been there before). Go check it out, you won't regret it.
  • I've been going here since the 1960's and it hasn't changed much. The best decorated piece of the Mammoth Cave complex. A must see. A very short, enjoyable cave tour. Note , this walk is "old school" and not for people that have difficulty with small uneven paths and steps.
