  • Went on a 2 family trip Pres. day week.. The Resort was relaxing, not crowded. The children loved the classes. The resturant was great. We would go again in a minute!!
  • Awesome high end resort, great service, well groomed runs, nice dining options. And best of all no snowboarders!
  • Deer Valley is a 5 star ski resort and named number 1 ski resort for several years in a row. They do not allow snowboarders. They have a number of restaurants (all good food) great ski runs and very s...  read more »
  • Continually rated the #1 ski resort in the US with good reason. The slopes are nicely groomed with lots of off piste areas to powder ski. The food in the restaurants is superb and the staff is always customer focused. And just because it's summer the fun doesn't stop. Chairlifts run to take you up the mountain to hike or mountain bike down. The are weekly open air concerts with big name artists and the Utah Symphony. I feel fact, as I write this we are picnicking on the slopes listening to the Utah Symphony play the 1812 Overture---with cannons blasting.
  • Pretty high class place. Getting there is easy but the parking and traffic can be a nightmare. The resort itself is great, a bit smaller,l and pricier, but nice.
  • Winter: Great food and family skiing! Summer: Ride the lifts and hike the trails. Avoid mountain biking rentals or classes. Nice people, but huge time-wasters. Instead, rent wheels at Jans and take a class at Park City.
  • I went for the Summer Music with the Utah Symphony and it was a great experience. The mountain was much cooler than the valley. The view was gorgeous. The sound system was good. It was very well run and the staff, especially Alyssa, was extremely helpful. There was only one tent serving alcohol so during the intermission the line was very long. Parking was very crowded. It was slow going leaving the venue. Double check the height of your chair as they are very strict about the 9" rule. You may also want to bring a blanket and a jacket because the temperature does drop.
  • Great service. They discriminate against snow boarders though which is not right. No snow boarders allowed. They also kicked my 2 year old out of summer camp for crying within an hour.
