  • This is some of the best skiing in North America. Great food, great terrain, and classic Utah Powder. Their on mountain dining is consistently rated #1 in North America, and for good reason too. Make sure you try the world famous Deer Valley Turkey Chili. When the sun goes down, take Park City's free bus down into historic Park City and dine at some of the finest restaurants in the West. And to top it all off, Park City is only a 30 minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport with countless flights to basically everywhere and was rated the #4 best airport in the US last year. Highly recommended
  • One of the best ski areas I've ever visited. The lift capacity is so large that I never waited in line long to get back up to the top. Ton's of great runs too. Food in the lodges is top notch and lots to choose from.
  • Fantastic snow, varied terrain for all levels, and great ski school. Deer valley is skiers only but it's really close to park city so it's easy to head to park city for nightlife and more restaurants. The hospitality at deer valley is unmatched. Complementary ski storage so you don't have to tote your gear to the slopes everyday, Kleenex boxes at every life line, and other touches you won't find at other mountains.
  • Loved it! I spent 17 years skiing on the east coast and after going out there it was crazy. Snow was amazing and the trails were beautiful.
  • My admittedly biased review: the last time I went to deer Valley was 2 days ago, when the resort had gotten over 4 ft in 7 days. It was the best skiing I've ever had in my life. That said, on more typical days, deer Valley is an enormous resort with top notch accommodations. It is pricey, and the main attraction is the best groomers in the world. If you like going off post there are good spots to look for fresh between the trees, but it is not what they are known for.
