Categories: Entertainment Centers, Fun & Games
With over 100 hands-on activities and interactive displays, adults and children will find plenty to educate and entertain at indoor amusement park, Wonderworks. Enter through the front door of the upside-down building and you'll notice that the ceiling is now under your feet with the ground above your head. Explore the laser-tag maze, traverse the three-story glow-in-the-dark indoor rope courses, lie on a bed made out of 3,500 nails, and maneuver the controls of a NASA spacecraft. These exhibits are just a sampling from four floors of oddities. Plan your visit to Wonderworks and a wealth of other attractions, well-known and undiscovered, using our Panama City Beach itinerary planner.

The preschooler and toddler enjoyed it, too. The place is a science experiment on steroids. It's perfect common core science standards for elementary age kids. It's daredevil fun, too. That's science ... read more »
We visited WonderWorks while on vacation to PCB. We had a Groupon and it was accepted without any issues. (The regular ticket price is a bit high but it was definitely worth it with the Groupon discou... read more »
This was our third visit to Wonder Works. We hadn't been in two years. They still maintain everything and keep it clean. When we got there a field trip group of 100 kids arrived at the same time. We w... read more »
We combined our trip and did all of Ripley's and Wonder Works. We were definitely tired by the end. Wonder Works has mostly hands on activities. My 10 and 14 year old both enjoyed it. My 14 year old said at the end that she thought it was going to be boring day and almost asked not to come, but she's glad she did. There were lots of activities to touch and try and play.
It was ok, and it honestly had a few exhibits that were interesting and I really enjoyed. Overall, it wasn't much fun. (Keep in mind that I am a teenager and this is geared more towards younger kids. Younger kids may have more fun here.) It wasn't that clean. There were greasy spots and grimy spots at the hands on part of the exhibits. Second, it was extremely loud. It killed my ears. The further you go into the exhibits, the quieter it gets, but it never gets to a normal level. It's still loud. Laser tag was good though. I enjoyed it. ☺

Our family took a beach trip this past Saturday 8/27/16. We rode past WonderWorks and decided to splurge and go, since we never come down to the beach. For my family of 4, it costs a little over $100! We were very disappointed in the price compared to the attraction. The entire building had an odor that seemed to change and become more intense on different levels. Most of the simulators were not functioning properly, or were "out of service", or had a line. The Space Fury cost extra, but should have been included for the price. We were very dissatisfied with the amount of money it cost per ticket vs the experience we received. We will not be returning! I will inform others not to throw their money away on this place!!! We do not go on outings very often, and to have wasted money on WonderWorks prevented us from enjoying the rest of our trip! Thanks for the bad experience! Dawn Sent from my iPhone
They do not clean up very well if someone Vomits in their attraction. I rode the "Max Flight" and I saw them cleaning out the cabin. Soo many chunks were missed. They made us ride the one that they just "cleaned". Possibly the most discusting thing about this place... chunks of vomit were flying throughout the cabin and landed in our hair, and most disgustingly out mouth... I asked corporate to do something about it but... they seem not to care. So have fun knowing your kids get to play in this nasty environment.
Entertaining, tons of interesting exhibits, activities, etc., very unique in general. Hours upon hours of fun and excitement for parents, teens, young children, to toddlers. An absolutely amazing place to visit, ESPECIALLY in a small group setting. WELL WORTH the price of admission. :) I myself, have been to Wonderworks twice in the last couple years, once at the Panama City Beach, Florida location & once at the Gatlinburg, Tennessee location. :)
