  • We had no expectations...staff great, good fun for the kids! Low time of year and perfect since wasnt too crowded.
  • This place was really a hit with my 9 and 15 year old. I bought them the wrist band so that they could do everything. We went early in the day so there was no crowd. We will go back.
  • We stop for the go-karts, good clean fun and just enough to give the big kids that joy they get when they ride. Clean, safe, fun for all.....

  • Nice. The staff is good. Had a decent selection of rides, mostly for younger kids. The only thrill ride was the roller coaster. Lots of games. Food vendors too. The go kart tracks were nice. A little expensive for what they have to offer
  • Worst experience ever for my family! We went on the go carts and within the first lap one of us was turned around the whole time and my mom and sister were smashed into. Nobody stopped the other karts when they were spun around, some people even continued to ram into them and laugh about it. It took far too long to be attended to, with both my mom and sister getting hurt. My brother was spun out and couldn't race for more than two laps after. We were never offered reimbursement or given any sympathy for what happened. Rude workers, terrible service and a dump! The arcade inside was filthy as well. Please do not take your kids. The only thing that we were given was a half melted bag of ice for my little sister who now has a bruised arm.
  • The customer service is PATHETIC!! Very understaffed outside for the rides. The outside employees were having to operate 2 and 3 rides by themselves but they done the best they could with what they had, but that falls on horrible management. On a plus side, there wasn't many people there. Short lines and my kids enjoyed multiple rides on everything with the wristbands. I'll say it again, the outside employees are great. The employees in the arcade and management needs to step up with customer service and not wait 10 mins to acknowledge paying customers.
  • I wish I could give 0 stars. This place was all about money and zero customer service. It was my daughters birthday; she turned 2. And she wanted to do the maze. It cost $7.28/ person. They made us pay for our son- who just turned 1- even though my husband was baby wearing him!!! There are no different prices for children and honestly, it wasn't that fun and slightly dangerous for the Littles. When I asked to talk to management Justin said, "well, my owner likes money." They didn't even offer a veteran discount. Only go here if you are adults and want to over pay! COBRA- just next door, has way better prices for the SAME games and a lot better customer service!
  • We LOVED the gokarts (main thing we went for) and the rollarcoaster was cool. Reasonable prices since it was definitely not crowded. Staff was friendly and helpful. Best part is with wrist bands you are allowed to leave and come back! We will be back on our next visit to PCB!
