Where to stay in Panama City Beach

As a popular vacation destination, Panama City Beach has an abundance of accommodations. A beachfront hotel room or condo is the perfect base for a tranquil luxury vacation. Rooms with a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico are in high demand. However, resorts and properties close to the shore are often expensive, and those on a budget should consider a motel farther from the beach.

  • I love pier park! I love it that we have such a nice clean place for all these local places to shop/eat and relax. Plenty of parking, a large variety of pretty much anything under the sun you could possibly need. Lovely parkspace that wasn't cleared away to keep the natural beauty of our region instead of turning everything into a concrete jungle. Well done!
  • Great dining and shopping across the street from the beach. The dog beach is here as well though they don't seem to refill stock of the bags to pick up waste. The Ron John surf shop has alot of cool stuff and there is a German beer garden as well. It's busy all the time though as it seems to be THE tourist destination.
  • Wonderful place to go, where you'll find something for the whole family at any age will enjoy. Lots of shopping for all ages, restaurants, even a pub or two where you can grab a quick snack or even a meal with a cold beer and sodas for the kids. A must to have on your list of places to and things to see and do. Have fun everyone, we do every year when we return back.
  • Fun place to walk around after eating at one of the many places there. Go to red brick pizza, they have $2 bottle beers (decent selection) and pizza is very good. the owner is very cool. It's too bad they closed the rides as my kids like to ride some of them(there weren't many rides). It can get crowded in the evenings. There are some cool local shops along with some anchor malls at the back end like Dillard's.
  • Great place in PCB! Family friendly. Down side is prices, but that is expected out of this tourist attraction. Go check it out. Fun for the whole family. We went to Dave and Bister's and had a blast!
