  • They have a height limit, but my son was just tall enough to reach it. But at the ticket counter, they said he had to be OVER the height limit! Why have a line if that's not how tall you have to be - if you have to be over that line?!? When they first said he wasn't tall enough, I calmly said he reached the line, and then it's like they were angry I said anything and started going on about how the people on the track wouldn't let him ride if he was anywhere close to the height limit. They were very rude speaking. I should have left then, but I thought my son might still have fun riding. But two laps in - another person who I didn't even know bumped our car around a turn and they stopped us both and removed us from the track. I guess they had our money at that point and didn't care. I didn't argue because I wasn't having that much fun anyway, but this place is a total rip off. Waste your money some place else. This place is a joke.
  • This has long been one of the best go-kart experiences on the beach and that's still mostly true. The karts and the track are aging a bit but they're fast and the track is still the longest around Panama City. The golf course is merely OK- nothing super memorable but fun nonetheless.
  • Golf course is good and management is very friendly. Would go anytime we visit PCB. The race track is one of our favorites. Track is nice and long, and carts are fast enough (never complained about speed). Race track attendants were not the best (speaking of friendliness), but they were still a big improvement the guys at Emerald Falls Family Entertainment (with the Corkscrew & Indy tracks). Much more expensive per lap at Hidden Lagoon, but the track is the longest I have seen. But then again, most things are expensive at PCB.
  • Don't remember her name but the lady who gave the instructions was very polite. I recommend paying for the early Bird special which was $25. It was well worth the fun(extra laps).
  • We went to the Hidden Lagoon to play mini-golf. One benefit of this location is that the 18th hole (which is super difficult), offers the chance at winning $50 for a hole in one. My fiance and I got to the venue around 9 PM. Tickets were $12 a person. The man at the front desk was friendly but didn't really give any instruction other than there were two courses: The Waterfall Course which is hard and the Fountain Course which is easy. We opted to take the hard course which had several obstacles to surpass. This course had bumps, curved/tilted surfaces, obscured views, and/or had one or multiple holes with tunnels that led your ball to another patch of green with a separate hole. The scenery and the actual course layout was neat, but there were a TON of people. At nearly each of the 18 holes, we had to wait in line for 6-10 people to finish before we could go. Luckily, there are benches along the path on which to sit which was nice. There was also a line behind us, so we felt a bit rushed as we didn't want to hold up the line. The sign said that you have 7 tries to get the ball in. Several of the people there (including us) stopped after the first few tries instead just so that the people behind could go ahead and go. The waterfall feature was cool since you get to walk on a bridge through a cavern behind the falls, however the water smelled like sewer. Some people gave up and left without finishing the course due to the long wait. In all honesty, I was about ready to leave by the 8th hole, but we stuck it out to finish the course. The location typically closes at 10 PM, but we didn't finish until after 10:30 PM due to the long lines. The mini-golf experience at the Hidden Lagoon wasn't as great or as fun as I'd expected. In hindsight, I'm positive the racetrack would have been a much better selection.
