  • The Palo Alto Baylands Nature Preserve is quite simply gorgeous. It is a wonderful place to take long walks and enjoy nature. Very close to downtown Palo Alto so it makes exercising in nature accessib...  more »
  • It is the coast of Palo Alto to the Bay. Wetlands. You can walk cyclists and bird watching. In addition, there is a small airfield for planes. The ducks and geese at the "duck pool" are quite tame - if you parked the car they are coming and want to feed. Actually, it is forbidden to feed the birds.
