  • Take a few minutes to walk through these buildings, it's fun to see the history and progression of Palm Springs. The General Store is an amazing collection of ALL original items from the 1930's and 40...  read more »
  • The downtown tour started an hour late as we had to wait for a bus of tourists to arrive. It was good and explained how the city evolved from a homestead to the city. But lots of questions we all asked went unanswered, the docents just did not know. Same with the house tour. Interesting place, but lots of unanswered questions. There is a 1930's store, which they do not open during the normal museum hours.
  • Interesting & unique history of Palm Springs is depicted including overview of mid-century architecture and pictures of many of the celebrities who have vacationed here. Stop in when shopping on the Palm Canyon Drive.
