  • Loved the current exhibit but really loved the displays on homesteading in the desert. The gift shop is fabulous & the docents couldn't any more helpful with all sort of information.  more »

  • I visited during modern week. Really interesting museum in a beautful building. Docents are friendly and knowledgeable.
  • The building itself is 5/5 but the museum seems to have a lot of wasted space inside... minimalism is wonderful if you know what belongs and doesn't but the flow seems too empty here. They sure did stock the shop with things to purchase though.
  • Cool little museum on mid century modern bank branch that had been repurposed to museum. Nice little gift shop that had unique gifts for those with an affinity for design
  • The (former) drive-through window of this bank, now a branch of the Palm Springs Art Museum, has been giving a naming opportunity ... which I found sweet. Downstairs are archives of several of the region's notable architects. Access to the archives is by appointment. Admission is free.
  • Fabulous permanent collection. The collections don't change often so if you visit regularly, space out your return visits. Also, seems rather overstaffed.
