  • The north course is the older one and is not getting the same attention as the south course. The clubhouse doesn't have much in the way of services, but it's a short walk to the south course clubhouse...  more »

  • Please note that there are two courses here. The very nice, newer South Course and the historic, shabby North Course. We accidentally played the North course and wow were we disappointed! All but one ...  more »

  • Customer service at the North Course as a whole was unsatisfactory. Was forced into a foursome which we (a pair including myself) didn’t want as we had reserved the tee time for quite some time and we’re from out of town as well. Felt very militant which left an uncomfortable feeling before the start of play. The marshal came out twice to tell us we were too slow on the course, yet we had requested just the twosome in the first place as we were going to play best ball as that would’ve sped things up for all. All the marshal did was patronize us by saying, “I know,” but didn’t appease to our request anyhow, so we took it upon ourselves to rectify the situation. Felt rushed throughout the whole game, leaving with a bad experience, and of course, a bad game. Plus, the pro shop closes at 4??? Anyhow... The only reason I’m not giving a one-star review is because the course was nice, so no complaints there. We will be coming back to the Palm Springs area, but frankly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to Indian Canyons.
  • This place was great. Customer service was fantastic. We played the North course which was nice and then a replay at the South course. The south course is phenomenal!!! The only bummer is the sun set in the middle of our 18th hole. I guess it gives me an excuse to go back to finish.
  • There are 2 accessible and rewarding hikes in this area. Both hikes offer quick ascent which then open up opportunities for great views. The golf course is a an oasis of green in the midst of the desert. 140 Hikes by Phillip Frantz is an excellent guidebook to use. The contents lead to these trails and many more.
  • My review is about the restaurant and not the course as I’ve only been there to eat, not golf. Both times I’ve been to this restaurant the food has been spectacular. I would highly recommend the chorizo or buffalo chicken sandwich meals as they were not only delicious, but also came with large portions. The cinnamon chips are also a great app to share with everyone. The service was friendly and speedy. I also like that dogs are welcome on the patio, which is a huge plus for me. Last but not least the views simply can’t be beat!
  • South course is a GREAT modern track. North course is a good old school design. Food and beverage is solid and with nice outdoor seating. Enjoy.
