  • We stopped by Peach Street Distillers late Friday afternoon. The place is divided into two sides - the bar side (where drinks are sold) and the tasting room side (where you can learn about and taste t...  read more »
  • We weren't entirely sure what we were visiting when we drove up. Turns out it is a distillery with a whiskey bar. You can taste varieties of whiskey at certain times. We ordered a Colorado Bourbon on ...  read more »

  • The drinks are A+; all around good and consistently so. Try a mojito, pear ricky or any of their specials. The lemon and dirty martinis are also top notch. Everything is thirst quenching and tasty. On a Friday or Saturday nights you might end up with a wait - possibly a long, annoying wait to get your drinks. They will run with two bartenders and no wait staff. We experienced multiple waits of 20 minutes each in line at the bar on a Friday night. They'll also tell you that your whole party needs to come up to the bar for their drinks... which is difficult in a packed house with limited seating. Hopefully your DD doesn't need another round and can keep your table. Stamping hands at the door could cure this problem - They've done this before but perhaps the hand stamper was sick at home (or stuck in line at the bar?) A ticketing system, another bartender, someone floating on the floor taking orders and closing out tabs- something. However! Despite the waits, it is a really fun place to be with a fantastic environment and I hope come here for a long time.
  • If your a drinker this place might be good. I do not drink that often. My wife took me here for Father's Day dinner and drinks. Thinking that they had food. A dining area. When we arrived we noticed a food trailer wagon out front. When we walked in we seen on long table about 12 feet long and one table occupied by an older couple of ladies. We seen the bar with no stools. The bar tender was nice enough. We asked him if they had food and he replied "There is a food wagon out front". We were a bit shocked. We were told that they had good food and great Bloody Mary's. The BM's were par at best. Not much seating unless you want to sit under sprinkler system out on the patio area in 100 degree sunny weather with some drunks already in place dominating that area. Drinks are over priced and over rated. The owner of this establishment needs to rethink this place. Accommodate your customers. Will not return. Your loss of business as we tend to find new places to dine and drink.
  • The bloody mary is exceptional. Chris at the tasting station is knowledgeable and engaging and will happily pour any spirit you desire to try
  • One of my favorite distilleries in the country! The views are unique and epic. The peach, pear brandies are top notch. Bourbon is complex and balanced. Try the grappa!
  • The best al fresco dinning in GJ, as long as you are cool with the train - also worth note - the beer is pretty solid.
