  • Excellent service. On a Saturday night, with social distancing in place, this was a very crowded choice for dinner for 5 (we had no ressies). The hostess was honest and accommodating , she suggested.....  more »
  • You may go to Palisade for the wine but you can't miss the distillery! I had the most refreshing cocktail after a long day of bike riding. I had the Salty Dog, which I highly recommend but I can...  more »
  • Great Patio space to grab a drink. Excellent brands. They created a pear brandy, where the grow the pear inside the bottle! Pretty cool and I have heard Peach Street are the only folks that do that...  more »

  • Holy canoli. Go. To. This. Place. If you like liquor at all and Colorado based liquor this is the place. I highly recommend the tour. They tell you where all of their (Colorado-based) product comes from, show you the process like any other distillery, then let you taste. And like..taste eveyrthing. You will for sure find something you want to take home, you'll talk to a knowledgeable host (we had Nicole who was friendly, fun and quite honestly adorable) and you'll leave feeling so glad you went here. The cocktails are amazing, and the atmosphere is just what you want from a small town distillery. this place will grow in popularity so go before it does to say you "went there when".
  • Don't waste your time. Bar staff(Jake?), are rude and not interested in helping. If you ask for something they don't have, instead of extolling something they do, or explaining that they actually DO have what you ask for but for delivery only, you get a curt 'no' and are dismissed, literally turned and walked away. Find a place that actually wants your business!
  • I only stopped in briefly to try their Bourbons. The place seems like a nice, casual hang-out and the samples were good. However, the Bourbon quality is somewhat lacking, especially considering the price. I sampled and purchased a bottle of their long-aged bourbon (5 years if I remember correctly?) for a ballpark $70. It was more as a souvenir and to try something new. I haven't had a guest ask for a second glass of it since I've shared it.
  • We were big fans of the peach brandy and their single malt whiskey! Watch out when you order cocktails though, because we learned very quickly that they don't skimp like a lot of places do! Oops. You really can't go wrong with any of the drinks here, and they have one of the best patios I've ever seen. Really great staff too!
  • I went once with my father and the blonde female bartender was very rude and dismissive. Ignored me for 10 minutes. Then when I asked for a margarita she said “is that what you really want?” With an attitude. Then I went a second time with my sister. My sister waited 10 minutes to ask for a drink menu from the same bartender. She rolled her eyes and said “it’s literally right behind you”. At first I thought this bartender had a problem with just me. But after reading other reviews it seems like she lacks empathy and good customer service. The drinks were fine.
