  • This place is amazing. We met the owner and is awesome. Explained the winery to us. The cans of wine are awesome. The view is amazing.  more »
  • Colterris Wines recently bought another vineyard (3907 North River Road), but I have not visited the new location (which is open year round). The original location (3548 E ½ Road) is in such a lovely ...  more »
  • We visited both locations over the weekend and were very pleased by their staff and the quality of their winemaking. They have given careful thought to the variety of grapes they grow and it has produced excellent fruit that comes through unadulterated in their wines. They do charge for their tastings but we never paid because we joined their wine club. Also notable is their customer experience for tastings at the overlook location. When you start, you're given a card for each wine in the flight. You can redeem each card at your own pace and find a spot to sit and enjoy each pour. If you're planning a tour, try to visit when you're pallet is fresh, you won't regret your visit.
  • If you like Cabernet Sauvignon, you'll love this place! The 2011 Cab Sauv is awesome. They also have really good peaches and peach or lavender ice cream. The grounds here are REALLY beautiful and there's an overlook f the river and valley that you won't want to miss.
  • Loved the property and the wine. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved being able to sit outside for tastings and have the staff give a personalized overview of each wine and it's story.
  • The wine tasting was awesome! They also had the biggest, juiciest peaches I've ever seen in my life!
  • No exaggeration, best view in Palisade! High-end Cab-Sav and delish Cab Franc. Also, the only Cab Sav Rose I've ever seen.
