Pahrump Valley Winery & Symphony's Restaurant, owned by Proprietors & Vintners Bill and Gretchen Loken since 2005, is Nevada's most popular and largest selling winery. The Loken’s are helping pioneer the way for a wine industry in Nevada. Their '05 Nevada Ridge Zinfandel released in 2008 marked the beginning of an award-winning, grape-growing industry, with the wine produced from zinfandel grapes grown solely at the vineyard. The Winery has received over 325 national wine awards and just Won Double Gold for Nevada’s first-ever Primitivo wine. The Loken's have expanded the vineyard from 350 vines to its current 1,500-plus vines of Zinfandel and Syrah grapes planted amidst 5 acres. The picturesque Pahrump Valley Winery and its Zagat-rated Symphony’s Restaurant, with a spectacular view of the Mt. Charleston Peak, are nestled on 10 acres at 3810 Winery Road, Pahrump, NV and open daily. Wine tastings, winery tours, and weddings at the beautiful rose garden gazebo are offered. Grape Stomp Annual Festival held 2nd weekend of October. For more information or reservations, call 800-368-9463 or 775-751-7800, or go online to

  • This was our first year Wine stomping. It was so much fun. If you come here get one of the cottages. They are priced right and really nice. We did not win the competition, but we had fun trying.

  • A pleasant experience. Staff very welcoming, pleasant, and informative. Erroll a great waiter who made the dining experience enjoyable. We will definitely make a return visit.
  • A real class place. Award-winning wine, tasting bar, exquisite restaurant. Great walk on the grounds through the Vineyards. Highly recommended.
  • The lobster bisque was a disappointment. Only a couple slivers in the bowl. The shrimp scampi was also poor. The noodles were still clumped in a block under the shrimp. Not their best work. So so disappointed. Did not return during our week there. Needs some work.
  • My husband and I went there for our anniversary dinner and knew we'd picked a winner when we drove up. The ambiance in the dining rooms is perfect, and the food excellent. We both had the petite filet, and it was fork tender. The Lobster Bisque as a starter was delicious, and even though we ate ourselves into a food coma, split the fried banana dessert, heavenly. Our server was Elijah, and he was wonderful.
  • This place is so far and above most Vegas restaurants it's ridiculous. Hidden far from the neon lights, it's rustic and mellow ambience is wonderful departure. Yet it's menu is full of world class cuisine. The Limone Chicken is above and beyond delicious as is the Tuscany. The Filet Mignon is absolutely inspiring. If you enjoy award winning wine and great food.... do not miss this place. Congratulations to the staff and owners .... this is a gem in the desert.
