  • A great Sunday market with great people watching and food vendors Live music too. If you like Reuben's you can find great ones there- as well as green papaya salad.
  • This Sunday market has everything, from used tools to hot breakfast to the typical fruits and vegetables. Today I bought vintage clothes, handmade cloth napkins, goat cheese, and takomaki (octopus dumplings). I definitely plan on going back every Sunday. Have a dollar ready to park! Prices are reasonable and you can even use ebt/ food stamps for some purchases. Great mix of items and people.
  • Went late in the day (about 1pm) and market closes at 2:00pm some shops were already packing up. Don't wait to go! Lots of great food, produce and gifts available.
  • If you are on the Hilo side of big island on Sunday, you should visit this market. It is open from 7 am till 1 pm. Very colorful people come there every Sunday. Best place to people watch....
  • Best $1 I've spent in a long while. Great food, great fruits, and great deals to be had. Picked up a cheap snorkel for $5 that worked perfectly. The stall owner also threw in a knife for us to cut out fruit :) what a guy!
  • Live country music! Great local produce, and da most ono green papya salad evah. So many other stuff too.
