  • Our family enjoyed the Springs after a day of snowmobiling. The place was packed! Took quite a while to check-in. We decided to not rent robes, but would consider next time. In between pools, we would...  more »
  • My husband and I enjoy heading here on local's night, which is every Tuesday, when the entry fee is $8/person. This is my favorite place to soak in town--lots of different pools to switch things up. T...  more »
  • Wife and I enjoyed a couples massage before our girls arrived. It was great way to start the vacation. We did visit the hot springs as well. Definitely a must see. Can't wait til next year's trip.

  • Really one of the nicest and most relaxing hot spring business in the states. Instead of a big pool, this place has a variety of different soaking areas tubs. Some the more interesting tubs are built right into the huge travertine deposits. Some tubs have great sunset views and there are a variety of temperatures to satisfy every taste. The best thing about this place is that it is open 24 hours for hotel guests. I love to go out and soak and watch the sun set and rise.
  • About 2 years ago, My girlfriend and I checked into our room and took a shower. We had just walked out from the bathroom without clothes on and we heard a knock on the door, simultaneously the door opened with the maintenance man, who had already unlock the door before knocking, walked in on us. Luckily I was near the door and was able to get my foot in front of it before he saw my girlfriend without clothes on. I reported this to the manager and he did nothing except apologize. My girlfriend I are pretty liberal. I am happy that I am able to finally tell this story and hopefully dissuade someone from going there. My guess is that was not the first or last time that had happened.
  • It is lovely here. We just soaked rather than stay at the hotel. I love the many different pools with varied temperatures. They do a pretty good job keeping the place up. (Though the swimsuit dryer was only intermittently working.) It is a great place to relax. I do think it is a bit too expensive, especially if you want to have reentry privileges to leave for dinner. But I do still end up here about once a year.
  • Our stay was lovely. Rooms were very clean and staff was very nice. Shelby was very informative and kind. No complaints whatsoever regarding the hotel. The swimsuit dryer in the girls restroom for the spa was not working however.
  • We stayed in the turret suite which was really nice. Kitchenette in the room is well stocked and plenty of room for 4 in the room. The hot springs are super relaxing, but there is nothing to do in the town itself.
