Take in panoramas of the forest, surf, and sand, and watch for birds, seals, and whales on Asilomar State Beach. Walk down the 1.2 km (.75 mi) coastal trail through native vegetation. Watch for moon jellies and tiny crabs and investigatesee the tide pools and rock formations as you stroll along the 1.6 km (1 mi) beach. Snorkel or scuba dive to get up close with marine life offshore. The trail leading to the beach is wheelchair accessible and beach wheelchairs are available to rent. Cycling is permitted on the nearby bike lane. Note that the beach does not have restrooms.   • This beach is not for swimming. Here you just go along the shore of the ocean and inhale this crazy sea air. Well and still admire sea creatures, which here too much.

  • Having visited the lighthouse, decided to take a walk along the beach. Benefit parking is free and you can watch not watch. Love these places, where the steep curve of coastline there is always the wind and big waves. And beach towels, I think here is absolutely nothing.
