  • Stop in during our trip around the lake. They have a great shop with alot of selection. Not just the standard stuff. The Ginger Vodka is great.
  • Very cool farm to bottle distillery. Personally I found the gins fascinating, very complex, almost not like a gin. You can also enjoy a cocktail at their outside seating area.
  • I have been to this distillery twice now and have enjoyed myself both times. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the vodkas are awesome. They allow you to add a mixer to your tasting and ...  read more »
  • This is a great small batch distillery. I am generally fond of bourbon and really liked the single barrel variety. What really made my tasting (and purchase) great was the Ginger Lake that's essentially a ginger whiskey that tastes like liquid gingerbread. It was so good that we went twice in our 1 week trip to the Finger Lakes.
  • Family owned, good selection and you get three samples before you buy. I liked their Rye
  • Big whisky fan, and all the ones here surpassed my expectations. Great product, friendly people. Wish I could find some on Long Island
  • The bourbon was smooth, balanced, round evoking memories of leather, a fine cigar, and a high back reading chair with your favorite book. Let this sit on your tongue a minute and really take in the flavor. As it hits your stomach youll feel the warmth of the fireplace grow. Kick your loafers off, relax your smoking vest a little, and put up your feet. This is the perfect drink for a hard NY winter. The gin meanwhile sits you down in the finest garden in late May. The herbs are growing rapidly, its been a warm spring and the blossoms are starting. You take your first sip, as a gentle breeze wafts floral notes up to your palette. You find yourself engulfed in a warm bit of sunshine. Another sip and the garden grows, imagery of a white picket fence, a couple butterflies dancing, and a friendly honey bee gathering his daily take. This gin finishes smooth and leaves a clean feel. As soon as the ginger vodka hits your nose you are on a trip to chinatown. You find yourself in an asian food store. A chinese grandmother greets you and welcomes you to the back room. Imagery of ancient chinese herbs and remedies fills your sense. This is a vodka that has true flavor not just the overwhelming alcohol taste. The smell of this sip is wonderful. Continue to take it in. The elderly chinese woman offers you her finest green tea. Let her tell you her story. How she traveled far to grow local. Let her fill your belly and warm your soul. This was a great choice to finish the tasting as the ginger sits in your mouth for some time. You will not be disappointed in this little distillery. They know how to pack some big flavors. The hostess is friendly and well informed of the process. She knows her product well. I will certainly be bringing back all my business partners going forward.
  • The "Ginger Vodka" is stupendous!!! I'm also a big fan of the whiskey!!!
