Located along the famed Million Dollar Highway, Box Canyon Waterfall & Park features several trails and a suspension bridge that lead to an 87 m (285 ft) tall waterfall. Walking trails range from easy to moderate, and they all lead to different points where you can observe the falls, which roar with thousands of gallons of mountain runoff. The park, named a significant birding site by the National Audubon Society, is home to Colorado's largest population of black swift. The area also has picnic spots and gazebos with grills, as well as a visitor center with interpretive exhibits on the park's geology, history, and plant and animal life.
