  • This is supposed to be a great place for agate hunting. I don't know much about agates, but there were tons of interesting rocks here and lots of razor clam shells, and of course, beautiful views. The...  more »

  • A great place to stay and a very nice beach to walk. The weather can be rough so make sure to track the tides. It is a very nice area and the beach is interesting and easily walkable.

  • Clean facilities and friendly rangers - so close to the beach! I stayed in the camping area close to the beach which is pretty tight quarters with little privacy between me and my neighbours. Next time I would opt for the forest sites as they seemed to have more space and privacy in the form of trees and shrubs between sites as well as being further away from the noise of the main highway, but it was still a nice stay and I would recommend it to anyone traveling along the coast.
  • The happiest cleanest most welcoming place on the Oregon Coast! Rangers and there are plenty are always welcoming friendly and very knowledgeable. Volunteers are friendly and all staff give their best to make your stay a great experience and want you to return again and again. I had the honor. And privilege of being a volunteer here. Loved every second of my 2 short months . There is no other State Park that has the greatest Rangers volunteer and campers !! A Must Visit!!!
  • I cant tell you how much I love this place! Excellent bathrooms that have showers with large stalls! Clean smelling air, we are from Utah and forget that there are places that don't have smog. We went during mid October last year and it was a tad bit rainy but not too bad. The beached jellyfish were some of the coolest things I have ever seen.
  • Tucked away on the west side of Hwy 101 is Beverly Beach State Park! It is an annual trip for our family on Memorial Day weekend. Been going now for over 30 years! WOW!! The park has changed over that time. In my opinion it has gone downhill due to lack of state funding to repair sites, roads and offer programs at the outdoor amphitheatre. However, you just can't beat the access to the ocean under the newly replaced bridge and other family friendly activities from here. Newport and Lincoln City as well as the quaint coastal town of Depoe Bay are not far from here. This is a "full service" campground. Power, water & sewer are available in a lot of the sites. There IS a dump station on site near the entrance to the campground. Firewood is available in bundles from camp hosts for $5. There are bathrooms with flush toilets and shower facilities.
  • Beautiful big beach, great for picnics, swimming, bodysurfing and sandcastle building. The campground is lovely, gorgeous old growth forest wetlands with quiet sites and well maintained amenities.
