  • If your a history buff you'll love this place. It's pretty good to go walking. But otherwise it's not really spectacular enough for multiple visits.
  • Fairchild Oak is a nice spot to take a break and admire this majestic live oak. The trails look interesting as well.
  • Great place to take a nature walk, or just relax. I've been going there for years and it's one of my favorite places.
  • Very peaceful and dense forests with trails minimal noise pollution other than aircraft and light vehicle traffic
  • Spanish moss drips from old oaks, paths beckon just off a smallish parking lot. There is the shorter Wahlen trail or a day trip to the sugar mill ruins.
