  • There are some great rides (King Kong Skull Island my favorite of all time) but the merchandise shops far outnumber the rides...making most places a bit disappointing...even the Harry Potter sections.  more »
  • Although we were staying on site at Disney we took a day trip to Universal. Got there early in the morning to make the most of the day. I bought the equivalent to a 'fast pass' but regretted it after ...  more »
  • What a great place! I went with my husband and had a blast! The rides were super fun! Get a speed pass! Well worth it. Get an all day refillable drink! Highly recommend going!  more »

  • Best season pass plan. I wish Disney would offer something similar. Harry Potter themes are wonderful. Staff isn't up to Disney standards but management will attempt to make it right if you mention issues. Hope they continue to expand the Potter areas.
  • Had a wonderful time here even though they had a power cut on our first visit during the morning and closed early ( for the Halloween show) on our second visit, There is lots to see and do and the staff are helpful and delightful. Food and service was fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
  • My husband and I purchased the annual two park power pass for ourselves and the grandchildren. The passes are a little pricey but if you live in the area they are well worth the money. The attention to every detail is incredible. The parks are clean and secure with several different play areas for children of all ages. We especially enjoyed the Harry Potter experience if you are a fan be prepared to feel transported to a magical place and time. If you do get the pass you will get discounts on parking, food and gift shops. Overall the experience is awesome.... the only drawback of course is standing in line sometimes up to an hour depending on the ride and time of year. There is an app that keeps up with wait times and you can also purchase an express pass that lets you jump the line. Lastly, pack light or you will have to stow your gear in a locker.
  • I am a annual pass holder. i love this park. my last visit was for halloween horror nights. first rate production. However i would recommend speed passes. it is a very popular night and wait times can get to 120 minutes. with speed pass my family and I (16 people) did not wait more than 20 minutes. the speed pass made our night a night to remember.
  • Great staff, clean park, wait times were only 20 or 30 minutes for all the rides. Even the girlfriend seemed happy most of the day.. Good food & 1 all that kind restaurants all over the park. Just give yourself 2 or 3 days to enjoy the whole place.
