  • Universal is where dreams come true. The team members deliver quality customer service and there is something for everyone. Universal Orlando is one of the best places to visit in the country. It is constantly expanding and getting better. The experiences gained at Universal will last a lifetime.
  • Loved it! Amazing place to take your family!!! The transformers ride was by far the best 3D ride! At least at the time we went. Harry potter world was super fun with the interactive wands for the kids. We will definitely be coming back!!!
  • What an Amazing place!! I truly believes all Potterheads should go at least once! The lines move efficiently and you get some kind of protection from the Florida sun. Their star parade is a little short. The Simulating rides are not to be missed!! King Kong Skull island is AMAZING! You really need to experience cause it's truly Magnificent!!!!
  • One of my favorite places on Earth to visit. I have a seasonal pass, so sometimes I go when I'm in time just to visit the restaurants and relax. The rides are awesome and the movie set places keep you interested. I recommend going extremely early or late in the afternoon. The CityWalk also has lots of attractions in addition to the food. I can't comment on the hotels, since I can drive home from here.
  • The Universal, experience. Was Tainted buy the 70 minute wait to get into the park, Having already paid for the tickets . we had convert a voucher into a park ticket. With only two windows open each person was taking about six minutes to be processed. Why six minutes you may ask. We were treated to first class lesson on up selling on meal deals and fast passes. If I wanted them I would have gone to the Two empty Tills selling them. Working with people tells me that first impressions matter. Don't upset them at the start. Happy people spend more money. One bad impression takes away the hard work of other staff members have gone to make the place work. And universal does work. Harry potter rides are amazing, Staff are willing to go the extra mile. If you can put up with the up selling . it's worth a day out
