  • This has been a long time quest of mine. I have followed TPC on Facebook and online for years and never visited their showroom. I was not disappointed, coming away with several unique Disney items. Br...  read more »
  • I love this place and it is little know by the tourist. You can get hard to find Disney things here. They even have parts of rides and signs and props from Disney to make any crazy Disney person loss ...  read more »
  • Nothing cool here. I'd looked forward to visiting here for years and was really disappointed. It felt like the place where maybe a Goodwill store sends all their broken stuff. Everything was really pr...  read more »
  • This establishment specializes in selling surplus/pre-owned/damaged merchandise from Disney (mostly the parks). The concept is awesome, but the execution leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, the majority of the stuff on display there is damaged and piled onto disorganized shelving- and much of it is very over-priced especially for the condition that most of it's in. Anything of real value is sold through their Ebay outlet. Also, they have a large inventory of employee uniforms, costumes and phone books from Walt Disney World, most of which are likely stolen (Disney is very protective of stuff like this, but the fan community has always managed to obtain it from disgruntled employees). I'm not accusing them of stealing anything, but it's quite clear that Disney frowns upon the sale of lots of the rarer items and costumes in the store. In the end, much of the normal stuff is available at places like Disney's Character Warehouse (2 of their stores are at outlet malls here in Orlando) for much less and is in better condition. It's not all bad; there really are some unique/one of a kind things to be had at Theme Park Connection. It's just a shame that most of their collection is either things that Disney doesn't approve of selling or are broken/damaged collectibles that are still sold at a considerable mark up.
  • Great store. Lots of stuff to see. There best stuff is always on ebay.
  • I really enjoy going here, I first found them using their eBay shop and we decided to stop by about a year ago and now we see what they have whenever we're in the area.
  • Love this place and their website. Amazing source of unique and very rare Disney stuff. Plus they have the BEST customer service. Have purchased online and in-person with the same GREAT experience.
  • I purchased some TV memorabilia in an online auction from Theme Park Connection. I received the main item immediately; however some secondary items in the lot were missing. It took a couple months, but they found and sent the missing items, and in the end, everything was in perfect condition and as described.
